- We use Castle Parcels as our couriers.
- Castles will deliver to a physical address only NOT a Post Office Box
- You will not have to sign for delivery and in most cases the items will be left in your letter box.
- Using a work address for delivery can be helpful when delivering of larger items, or where access is difficult. Consider this, if it is an option.
- If you have special instructions regarding the delivery of your goods, please be sure to specify these at the end of the order process. Reasonable requests will be accomodated where possible.
- International orders will be sent by international mail. The cost of this will be additional to your order. We will email you regarding these additional costs and arrange payment options for you.
