Returns

If you are not entirely happy with a product you have purchased please notify Isabel Harris within 30 days of receipt of the product so we can best decide the following course or action.

In most cases this will include your ability to return your product to us for an exchange or credit.

All goods returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. The cost of returning goods must be met by the purchaser.

Delivery

Deliveries within the Auckland CBD can be made on same day basis providing orders are received prior to 11.30am. Please contact the store 09 522-1705 or email us at sales@isabelharris.co.nz with your request prior to 11am.

Sorry, at this point our website is not staffed on a Sunday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday morning. If you wish to take delivery of an item on the weekend please email us in advance (sales@isabelharris.co.nz) and we will endeavour to arrange this for you, where possible. Additional delivery charges may apply.

We use Courier Post to deliver our parcels throughout New Zealand. Courier charges will be added to your purchase automatically at the time of checkout. Courier delivery will take 1-3 days, depending on your location.

We will endeavour to deliver goods on the agreed delivery dates but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order.

For urgent deliveries please phone us for assistance on 09 522-1705. We will endeavour to assist you where possible.

Overseas Customers

All prices (including shipping) indicated on this website are in New Zealand dollars. We are happy to ship overseas. An airmail postage rate will be calculated at the checkout cart.

We are required to attach customs declaration to all international packages including a description of the good and their cost. Customs or import levies may be applied once they reach your country. These and any customs clearance charges must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary worldwide. You may want to contact you local customs office for further information.
